Zalău 2025 | One-Day Outreach Session of EYP Romania

Around 20 participants from the region were welcomed to this event and were given the opportunity to experience the core elements of an EYP session – Teambuilding, Committee Work, and General Assembly – in a condensed format. They were introduced to our organisation and were prepared to take part in our larger events.

As the second round of Outreach Events was launched, these sessions were regarded as an opportunity for the lessons learned from last year to be applied and for participants to be provided with an improved experience and a clearer introduction to what EYP represents. Furthermore, this event was considered special, as it was the first session held in a rural area, which strengthened our conviction to continue striving for even wider outreach throughout Romania.

This session was head-organised by Teodora Kovacs, under the coordination of Horia Bratu. A commitment to ensuring inclusive and equitable Outreach to as many young people as possible is maintained, reflecting one of our key principles as a network – that anyone can take part in EYP.
