Ploiești 2025 | One-Day Outreach Session of EYP Romania

Around 35 participants from the region, as well as from other parts of Romania, were welcomed to this event and were given the opportunity to experience the core elements of an EYP session – Teambuilding, Committee Work, and General Assembly – in a condensed format. They were introduced to our organisation and were prepared to take part in our larger events.

As the second round of Outreach Events was launched, these sessions were regarded as an opportunity for the lessons learned from last year to be applied and for participants to be provided with an improved experience and a clearer introduction to what EYP represents. Following the first National Selection Conference held in Ploiești, it was considered important that the development of this emerging community of EYPers be continued and supported.

This session was head-organised by Bianca Nicolae, Mara Iordache, and Bianca Ghiță, under the coordination of Horia Bratu. A commitment to ensuring inclusive and equitable Outreach to as many young people as possible is maintained, reflecting one of our key principles as a network – that anyone can take part in EYP.
